You've built the data center. Now build the business. Alpha Labor supplies field crews to hyperscale data center projects for the biggest names in tech, working under the top general contractors in the country. We're licensed in all 50 states, OCIP/CCIP experienced, and we already run hundreds of W-2 workers on some of the largest builds in the U.S. We were started by a guy who came up doing the work himself. That's still how we run. We're launching an electrical division, and we need the person who runs it. This isn't a desk job and it isn't a recruiter job. You'll be the face of the division to electrical contractors. You'll know what a good journeyman looks like before he says a word. And you'll get paid on what you build. What you'll do Build and run Alpha Labor's electrical staffing division from the ground up Sell to electrical contractors on active data center projects: find out where they're short, and fill it Vet and place journeymen, foremen, apprentices, and commissioning techs Visit job sites, keep crews productive, and fix problems before the customer calls Own the numbers: headcount, bill rates, and division profit Hire and lead a small recruiting and coordination team as the division grows What you bring 8+ years in commercial electrical, with recent data center or mission-critical experience Time as an electrical superintendent or general foreman on large jobs Real knowledge of MV distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators, busway, and commissioning A network of electricians who'll pick up when you call Relationships with electrical subs' PMs and supers (big plus) Master electrician license (strongly preferred) or a journeyman license Comfort with heavy travel and a phone that rings at 5:30 a.m. Staffing or sales experience is a plus, not a requirement. We'll teach you the staffing side; we can't teach you the trade. What you get $130K-$160K base Company truck, fuel card, and phone Health benefits and PTO A seat at the table building something new, not a slot on someone else's org chart To apply: Send your resume plus a few lines on the biggest data center job you've run and your role on it. If you're under a non-compete, tell us up front.
