What You'll Do Meet with homeowners and qualified prospects Conduct in-home and virtual consultations Understand project goals, budgets, and timelines Present remodeling and construction solutions Build trust with clients throughout the sales process Prepare proposals and project recommendations Negotiate and close contracts Maintain an organized sales pipeline Coordinate with project managers and design teams to ensure a seamless client experience Projects You'll Sell Luxury kitchen remodels Custom bathroom renovations Home additions Architectural wall panel systems Custom closets and built-ins Whole-home remodeling projects Premium residential construction solutions Who We're Looking For You don't need to be a designer. You don't need to be an architect. But you should understand homeowners, construction projects, and how to communicate value. Preferred Background Construction sales Remodeling sales Kitchen & bath sales Windows & doors Roofing Flooring Custom homes Home improvement Luxury residential services Qualifications 5+ years of sales experience Strong closing skills Comfortable meeting homeowners face-to-face Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Organized and self-motivated Valid driver's license and reliable transportation English required Spanish is a plus CompensationUnlimited Commission Potential This role is built for professionals who want their income tied directly to their performance.
