• Manage field operations for commercial interior and renovation projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality standards onsite
• Maintain communication with clients, tenants, and project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely and successful delivery

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
• Strong background in interior fit-outs and tenant improvement projects
• Experience with office, banking, healthcare, retail, or restaurant projects
• Working knowledge of Procore and construction documentation processes
• Local knowledge of the Miami-Dade and Broward construction market preferred What's on

Offer Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 base
