Our main work consists of building a full suite of ground up & interiors commercially, as well as multi-family residential and high-end single family projects. We currently have 20+ employees and are scaling up year over year with $30-50 million in annual construction volume and growing. Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both commercial and residential construction, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. Prepare and manage project budgets, change orders, and financial reports. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to ensure work is on track. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to maintain client satisfaction and promote repeat business. Mentor and supervise junior staff and on-site personnel.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in commercial and residential construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project). Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
