- Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and adjusting plans as needed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage subcontractor relationships, evaluating performance and ensuring contract compliance.
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, documenting achievements and addressing challenges.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues and ensure project success.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams, fostering professional growth and development. Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial construction; 10 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools for scheduling and reporting.
- Commitment to safety and quality, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic construction environments.
