Construction Manager

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Manager position include: 10+ years of commercial construction experience, with a focus on renovations and hospitality projects

• Experience managing commercial and hotel renovations, capex projects, tenant buildouts, sport amenities, and hardscapes
• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects locally and nationally, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, procurement, resource allocation, estimating, documentation, and project accounting
• Lead, mentor, and supervise teams including sales, estimating, project managers, superintendents, and administration
• Manage relationships with subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders while maintaining clear communication
• Proficiency with Buildertrend, Bluebeam, ProEst, Sage, MS Office, and general project management software
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, licenses, insurance requirements, company protocols, and productivity standards

Salary :

$100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
