Join an established, expanding company with a team that values collaboration and quality. What You'll Be Doing Manage commercial construction projects from kickoff through completion. Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project progress. Coordinate with vendors, field teams, and clients. Review construction plans, manage procurement, and handle change orders. Solve challenges, maintain quality and safety standards, and keep projects on track. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of commercial construction project management experience required. Experience with ground-up construction, retail remodels, or commercial renovations. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination. Ability to read construction plans and effectively lead project teams. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Procore required.
