Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead full project lifecycle for commercial projects ($5M-$30M)Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communicationCollaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during planning phasesOversee procurement and subcontractor buyoutsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirementsMaintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and vendorsIdentify and mitigate risks throughout project executionQualifications5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial constructionProven experience managing projects in the $5M+ rangeStrong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost controlAbility to lead teams and communicate effectively with stakeholdersExperience working with local subcontractors and vendors in the Tampa market preferred
