Job Description
On site supervision of high end, custom homes and commercial buildings. Understanding of all systems, construction techniques, latest equipment and materials and local building codes and inspection processes is required. Must be proficient in critical path scheduling, reading plans and layout of complicated structures, site work and utilities. Must be able to coordinate several subcontractors working simultaneously. Duties include keeping on site records, performing ongoing safety inspections, managing and scheduling employees and subcontractors, reviewing shop drawings, performing material takeoffs, checking conformance to specifications and design, maintaining a long and short term job schedule, coordination of all work and communication with project architect, project engineer and project manager. Minimum of 5 years experience in
