Valstone Ventures, LLC Valstone Ventures, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead the full-time, on-site execution of a large-scale multifamily renovation project at Orchard Groves . This role is mission-critical and will serve as the primary field authority , responsible for daily coordination of all construction activities, subcontractors, inspections, safety, and quality control. Position Overview The Superintendent will be the senior on-site leader, ensuring the project is built safely, on schedule, and to contract documents. This individual will work closely with the Project Manager and Project Executive while maintaining full control of day-to-day field operations. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in complex, occupied or phased multifamily renovations. Key Responsibilities Provide full-time, on-site supervision throughout the duration of the project Coordinate and manage all subcontractors and trade sequencing Enforce project schedule and production milestones Maintain quality control and ensure work conforms to plans, specs, and codes Lead daily field meetings, subcontractor coordination, and look-ahead planning Maintain a safe jobsite , enforce OSHA standards, and manage safety documentation Coordinate inspections, deliveries, material staging, and site logistics Serve as the primary point of contact for field operations with ownership and consultants Track progress and communicate constraints, risks, and manpower needs to the project team Maintain accurate daily reports, photos, and field documentation (Procore experience preferred) Project Scope Experience (Required) Multifamily renovations (interiors & exteriors) Window and siding replacement Roofing, concrete, and site work Interior unit renovations (appliances, finishes, accessibility upgrades) Coordination of MEP trades in occupied or partially occupied properties FHA / Fair Housing / Section 504 familiarity strongly preferred Qualifications 7-10+ years of superintendent experience in multifamily or commercial construction Proven experience running occupied or phased renovation projects Strong leadership and trade coordination skills Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules Strong understanding of construction sequencing and logistics OSHA 30 (or ability to obtain immediately) Procore experience preferred Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation (commensurate with experience) Stable project pipeline with long-term opportunities Hands-on leadership team with real field support Opportunity to lead a high-visibility project with a respected ownership group
