$30-$35 per hour, based on experience We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated supervisor to lead field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate field crews. Plan and oversee site preparation, equestrian development, and site construction work. Operate bulldozers, excavators, skid steers, and tractors. Read site plans and ensure work meets project specifications. Monitor project progress, productivity, and quality. Train, mentor, and support crew members. Inspect equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance. Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site. Qualifications At least three years of site construction or heavy civil construction experience. Previous supervisory or foreman experience required. Proficiency operating bulldozers, excavators, skid steers, and tractors. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Mechanical knowledge and equipment troubleshooting ability. Ability to read site plans and coordinate daily work. Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail. CDL with a clean driving record preferred. Must be located Near Wellington, FL, or relocate before starting.
Schedule:
Approximately 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts, overtime available, and weekends as needed.

CONSTRUCTION
LABORER / EQUIPMENT OPERATOR TRAINEE
Pay:
$20-$28 per hour, based on experience We are seeking a dependable, hardworking team member to perform general construction labor and learn to operate construction equipment. Equipment experience is a plus, but we will train the right person. This position includes hands-on labor while developing equipment operation skills. Responsibilities Perform general construction labor tasks. Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling. Learn to operate construction equipment safely through company training. Follow safety procedures, instructions, and company policies. Work effectively with the construction crew. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Qualifications Construction experience preferred but not required. Willingness to perform labor duties and learn equipment operation. Basic equipment knowledge is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Dependability, a strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
