Construction Project Manager

Overview Job Description Legacy Sports Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in Melbourne, Florida . Legacy is one of the fastest-growing sports construction companies in the United States , specializing in the construction of synthetic turf athletic fields, stadiums, and sports complexes for high schools, universities, and municipalities. Our projects typically range from $500,000 to $5,000,000 athletic facility construction projects across the United States. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and work directly with company leadership on high-profile sports construction projects. Responsibilities Manage multiple athletic facility construction projects from start to finish Oversee project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors Coordinate with field crews, vendors, and ownership Manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule expectations Track project costs and maintain profitability targets Maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors Qualifications 5+ years of construction project management experience preferred Experience with civil construction, sitework, or athletic facility construction preferred Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications Experience managing subcontractors and project schedules Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Performance bonuses Opportunity for career advancement Work directly with company leadership Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding national company
