Pay is $16 per hour with weekly pay. Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for monitoring all employees scheduled to work during your shift. Ensure employees are being productive while at work. Ensure employees are following safety protocols. Make sure productivity standards and benchmarks are met at the assigned location. Complete necessary paperwork related to productivity standards. Coach and mentor new employees. Cover for the Site Manager on days off and carry out tasks as directed. Cover driver/transporters, lead, and VSA (car cleaners) when needed to fulfill customer needs.

Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have a valid Driver's License. Clean driving record for the past 3 years. At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.

Pay:

$16 per hour with Weekly Pay.

Location:

West Palm Beach Airport.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, but not required.
