Job Description Job Description Job Description Superintendent - Commercial Construction Palm Beach County, FL Vehicle allowance Join a growing commercial general contractor as the lead Superintendent on a ground-up clubhouse project for a premier master-planned community developer in Palm Beach County. You'll independently manage all on-site construction from sitework and underground utilities through building turnover, working with a highly respected team that has a strong backlog of repeat business and multiple upcoming projects. Your role Manage all day-to-day field operations on a ground-up commercial construction project. Lead the project from site development and underground work through building completion, commissioning, and closeout. Create, maintain, and communicate detailed three-week look-ahead schedules. Coordinate and supervise all subcontractor activities to ensure work progresses safely and efficiently. Enforce project safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite. Monitor quality control and ensure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and project requirements. Conduct daily site walks and proactively resolve field issues. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Inspectors. Maintain accurate field documentation, daily reports, and project records in Procore. Lead subcontractor meetings and manage project logistics. What you'll need 5+ years of Superintendent experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects. Proven ability to independently run a project as the lead onsite Superintendent. Strong knowledge of sitework, foundations, structures, MEP systems, interior finishes, and project closeout. Experience creating and managing short-term schedules and look-ahead planning. Proficiency with Procore and construction management technology. Strong subcontractor management, coordination, and communication skills. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and a stable work history. Helpful, but not required Blueprint reading experience. You'll work closely with Project Managers, ownership representatives, and design teams, and serve as the primary site leader for this clubhouse project. Interested?
