Job Description
Estimating ManagerHere is what you get:$160,000 to $200,000 base~10% bonus tied to your performance401k with 4% match90% of health benefits coveredUnlimited PTO (realistically 3 to 4 weeks)The role:
Lead and build an estimating teamOwn bids, pricing, and strategyWork directly with leadership on major projectsInfluence schedules, costs, and outcomesWhat they want:10+ years in heavy civil or similarHCSS or similar strong plusThis well established, national civil contractor executes complex construction projects involving site development, infrastructure, and heavy civil work.
Most of the work revolves around large-scale earthwork, utilities, and engineered projects that require detailed cost planning and coordination. Company office transitioning to West Palm Beach expected.
