This position is responsible for managing projects from permit-approved handoff through final inspection, permit closeout, final payment collection, and warranty support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects while coordinating clients, contractors, installers, manufacturers, engineers, and inspectors. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from permit approval through completion and closeout. Coordinate deliveries, installation schedules, inspections, and permit closures. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and project stakeholders. Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, installers, and engineering teams. Review plans, shop drawings, permits, product approvals, and project documentation. Identify and manage project risks, field issues, and change orders. Conduct site visits and quality control reviews. Coordinate project collections, final payments, city fees, and closeout documentation. Support warranty and service-related matters as needed. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of construction project management or field coordination experience. Bilingual English and Spanish required . Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with Procore preferred. Experience with
AIA G702/G703
requisitions preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required.
