In this role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive project success and client satisfaction. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless project workflows Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure clarity and compliance with design specifications and safety regulations Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is performed efficiently Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, HeavyBid analysis, and resource allocation Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and Construction management software to track project milestones, change orders, and documentation Experience Proven experience in construction management or a related field with a strong background in project coordination on heavy civil or commercial sites Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract management Hands-on experience with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or similar software Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and cost control measures Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Strong understanding of construction site safety practices and regulatory compliance Excellent time management skills coupled with effective communication abilities to lead teams and liaise with stakeholders Join us to be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering exceptional construction projects.
