Duties:

• Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
• Oversee the scheduling and assignment of work orders to ensure timely completion
• Monitor progress and quality of work performed by technicians
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and timelines
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs as necessary
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with OSHA regulations
• Other duties as requested by Management.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
