Multifamily Superintendent

Superintendent - Multifamily Construction Atlanta, GA (local projects only) A leading Atlanta area commercial general contractor is looking to bring on a Superintendent to lead multifamily projects in the field. This role is focused on execution—keeping the job organized, on schedule, and moving the right way from start through closeout. All work is local to the Atlanta market. No travel. What you'll be doing: Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up multifamily projects Coordinate and manage subcontractors to keep work progressing on schedule Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Work closely with the Project Manager to stay ahead of schedule and budget impacts Run weekly meetings, track progress, and keep communication tight across the team Ensure quality control and hold subs accountable to plans and specs Drive projects through punch and closeout without things dragging What they're looking for: Experience leading ground-up multifamily projects as a Superintendent Ability to manage multiple trades and keep jobs running efficiently Strong scheduling awareness and ability to push a job forward Someone who takes ownership of the site—not just manages from a distance What stands out about this role: Steady pipeline of local work No travel—home every night Team that values strong field leadership and keeps projects moving Industry leading compensation and benefits package If you want to be on projects where expectations are clear and the work gets done the right way, apply online or send your resume to Kenna Warren at kenna.warren@gogpac.com .
