Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic professional coach who will provide soccer training to youth in our programs which take place primarily in the Alpharetta/Roswell area on weekdays from 2pm-6pm. A successful candidate will have coaching/playing experience, a desire to work with children and a working knowledge of the game of soccer. The right candidate will also have a vision to help grow the programs, background in teaching and a commitment to individual student performance. Coaches will also be tasked with challenging players both athletically and in their character to positively reflect our values in order to foster well rounded individuals on and off the field.
Responsibilities:
Develop a holistic training plan for their session. Develop a plan for achieving each player's personal goals. Provide individualized attention to players. Teach all aspects of the game of soccer through fundamentals Develop tactical strategies. A Leader, role model, positive, enthusiastic, supportive, trusting, focused, goal-oriented, knowledgeable, observant, respectful, patient and a clear communicator. Follows and understands the fundamentals of the game and can teach and transfer that knowledge to the youth through USSF's methodologies appropriately to children, parents, and other staff. Supervise children and the activity closely and adjust as needed for maximum positive experience and development. Organize and lead sessions, practices and games. Motivate the youth to excel, learn from mistakes, and challenge them so that each individual can thrive to their best. Provide a safe physical environment. Continuous education and staying up to date on methods, youth psychology, laws and policies around working with children Some administrative tasks like keeping attendance during practice sessions Execute and support other responsibilities and duties that may not be listed.
Requirements:
Annual background check Commitment to a drug-free workplace Ability to engage in physical activities. Ability to carry and lift up to 50LBS. Must be 18 years or older with a valid state issued driver's license Must be able to attend sessions in the Alpharetta/Roswell area weekdays from 2-6pm and weekends as needed. Authorized to work in the
United States Pay:
Base pay of $20 per session ($25 per session base pay for certified/experienced coaches) Pay can increase depending on coaching experience, licenses, background, and tenure with the company.

$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
