The business is involved throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and development through construction, giving Project Managers strong visibility and ownership over their work. Job Description Take ownership of ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through turnover Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Lead subcontractor and vendor coordination Partner directly with field leadership, ownership, design teams, and clients Identify project risks early and drive solutions to keep projects on schedule and budget Maintain accountability across all phases of construction Support project closeout and successful client turnover MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
