per year Work on ground-up industrial builds with a strong project pipeline career progression within a growing, reputable contractor About Our Client A well-established general contractor in Georgia , this firm is recognized for delivering complex commercial and institutional projects across the Southeast. With a strong reputation in the K-12 and public sector space, they specialize in ground-up construction , leveraging deep expertise in concrete, masonry, and large-scale structural builds. The company is known for its safety-first culture, consistent project delivery, and long-term client relationships , supported by a steady pipeline of high-value work. Job Description Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities for K-12 ground-up builds Manage projects with values of $20M and above Lead field operations including concrete, masonry, and structural scopes Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards Conduct daily site walks, inspections, and progress tracking Identify and resolve field issues proactively to keep projects on track Maintain quality control across all phases of construction Participate in client meetings, inspections, and project reporting MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
