Job Description Manage all aspects of municipal construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and teams to maintain project alignment and communication. Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and budget forecasts. Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining compliance with regulations. Oversee procurement and allocation of resources to meet project demands. Foster strong relationships with municipal clients and other key stakeholders.
