Job Description

We are a full service general contractor in business for over 30 years and operating in 24 states! We develop long lasting relationships with our clients that has led to 90% repeat business. We offer both renovation and new construction.
  • We have a ground up construction project breaking ground in September and will take 2-2.5yrs to complete
  • We're also hiring for APMs
  • What You Will Be DoingWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Construction Superintendent to support daily field operations and assist in successfully executing construction projects from groundbreaking through closeout.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Superintendent to coordinate subcontractors, monitor project progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, schedule, and quality expectations.

What You Need for this PositionConstruction Management or Engineering Degree is Preferred4+ years of experience with a General Contractor in a Superintendent capacityExperience working with some sort of elevated concrete is highly desiredExperienced with new constructionUnderstanding/Experienced with Procore
