Job Description

Southeast Restoration, a faith-based company, is seeking a skilled and proactive Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure the successful execution of residential repair projects. As a critical link between the production team, trade partners, and customers, you will support job site management, maintain high standards of quality, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within scope. Your Impact:
Key Responsibilities Job Site Leadership:
Support daily field operations, coordinate with trade partners, and oversee quality control to ensure work is performed to contract specifications and company standards.
Communication:
Maintain exceptional communication with customers, project managers, and trade partners to set clear expectations and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Scope & Documentation:
Thoroughly understand the contracted scope of repairs and ensure accurate documentation of any changes or issues impacting the project.
Safety & Cleanliness:
Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites that reflect SRG's commitment to excellence.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with project managers and other team members to achieve production goals and exceed customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to developing trade partner relationships for future success. Qualifications Must have own truck for daily duties Available for after hours on-call rotations Ability to perform light physical labor Minimum 1 year of construction experience; construction management preferred Proven ability to manage job sites and lead trade partners effectively Strong communication skills and attention to detail Familiarity with construction scopes, scheduling, and quality standards Comfortable leveraging technology to track and report project progress Motivated to grow professionally within the restoration industry Who Thrives Here You take ownership of your projects and lead with confidence on the job site You communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders You are detail-oriented and driven to deliver quality workmanship You thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace teamwork You have a passion for continuous learning and professional development
