Schedule & Workforce Coordination Maintain awareness of the project schedule and upcoming field milestones. Assist QC and Project Management with coordinating technician coverage against scheduled activities. QC Support The Foreman serves as a force multiplier for the QC Lead, allowing QC to maintain broader oversight of quality and project progress across a large site. Track completion of field actions identified by QC and communicate when items are ready for follow-up. Escalate recurring field issues, resource concerns, or schedule impacts to QC and Project Management.
