Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite About the Role IPME Corp is an industrial installation construction company with active projects across the United States. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Construction Project Assistant to support our project management team — both in the office and on site. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys hands-on work, and is eager to contribute to industrial construction projects from ramp-up through closeout. Key Responsibilities Assist with project documentation, reports, and punch lists Coordinate with the office and Site Leads on material and equipment orders and pickups Maintain and organize tools and equipment; ensure cleanliness and readiness Support job site ramp-up activities and final punch list execution Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams Assist with company errands and day-to-day logistics Maintain company vehicles — detailing, scheduling maintenance, and tracking Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards Travel to job sites as needed to provide hands-on support and oversight Required Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Technically inclined with the ability to understand construction processes and terminology Safety-minded with a commitment to maintaining a hazard-free work environment Willingness to travel regularly to job sites with overnight stays as needed Ability to lift and carry materials and tools as needed Valid driver's license Benefits Health Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Travel and per diem Competitive hourly pay ($22 - $30/hr)
