Job Responsibilities:

The Commercial Roofing Superintendent is responsible for: Planning, organizing and overseeing the daily activities of multiple production crews. Must designate material staging areas. Must be able to oversee and train individuals in roofing system installation. Must manager crew personnel scheduling and issues. Must be responsibility for installing roofing systems with the highest degree of quality, in the safest and most cost effective manner.

Compensation :

A qualified candidate will be offered a competitive base salary ($70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year) along with excellent benefits: A structured bonus salary plan after 90 day performance evaluation Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental) and optional life insurance Company vehicle and gas card Company Laptop and smart phone Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays 401k All offers will be made on a 90 day trial basis. After 90 days of work there will be a performance evaluation to determine whether or not you are a good fit for the position. Requirements What we look for in new team members: 3-5 years minimum Construction Management (Superintendent) experience, 2-3 years' experience in Roofing Industry Must speak English fluently, Spanish/Vietnamese a Plus! Minimum High School Graduate or GED/College Preferred! Must be familiar with multiple types of roofing installation and manufacturers.
