Key Responsibilities Collaborate with project managers to implement project goals Assign tasks to staff as needed to achieve project objectives Oversee various aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely execution Monitor project goals and confirm they are achievable Coordinate with project leads and managers to maintain schedules and efficiency Assist with procurement of materials and resources necessary for project completion Review project implementation and collect data on execution Support project managers and leads following project completion Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) 1-5 years of experience in the construction industry Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a history of successful project execution Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively with teams Proven ability to generate and deliver detailed project reports Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for efficient project delivery Ready to take the next step in your career?
