  • Work with appropriate high school and college leadership to finalize dual enrollment and articulation agreements within the service delivery area.
  • Coordinate with appropriate high school personnel regarding the registration and withdrawal of students participating in dual enrollment programs.
  • Provide information to prospective students and their parents or guardians regarding dual enrollment program offerings to support informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate placement testing for dual enrollment, joint enrollment, and Move On When Ready students.

  • Serve as a point of coordination between dual enrollment students and high schools when issues arise related to testing, registration, schedules, and/or grades.
  • Assist with textbook coordination for dual-enrolled students, including coordinating book orders with the campus bookstore, ensuring student accounts remain accurate, and delivering textbooks as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison with educational, industrial, and community partners to encourage cooperation and partnerships that support dual enrollment within the service delivery area.
  • Coordinate with the college's Director of Marketing to provide information on dual enrollment opportunities within the service delivery area.
  • Coordinate requests for articulation credit.
