This is a leadership role for an experienced field manager (5-10 years) who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you are proficient with construction tech (Bluebeam/PlanGrid) and want to work for a stable general contractor that offers a $750/month truck allowance (transitioning to a Company Vehicle after 6 months), we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities You will serve as the on-site liaison for clients, architects, and engineers, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.

Site Leadership:

Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries.

Logistics:

Manage project schedules, daily operations, and site logistics to maintain momentum.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce OSHA safety standards, conduct daily safety walks, and inspect work for quality compliance.

Documentation:

Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and documentation for OAC meetings.

Problem Solving:

Resolve conflicts and implement field solutions effectively.

Qualifications Experience:

5-10 years of experience as a superintendent or site manager on commercial projects.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Knowify, or similar software is required.

Knowledge:

Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

Safety:

Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety enforcement.

Physical:

Ability to work on active construction sites, lift up to 50 lbs, and climb ladders. Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive package designed to support your work in the field.
