Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Superintendent, where you will lead and coordinate complex construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the driving force behind project execution, managing teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders while maintaining safety, efficiency, and excellence at every turn.

  • Above Industry Average Earnings Potential Duties Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and specifications.
Coordinate project activities across various teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, fostering seamless communication and collaboration. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate interpretation and compliance with design intent and regulatory requirements. Oversee site operations, enforce safety protocols, and conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe working environment. Prepare and review project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports. Implement project management best practices using company software for document control, communication, and collaboration. Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment through effective project coordination. Must be able to complete and close out each job according to company standards. Perform detailed punchout items. Requirements Proven experience in construction. Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, contract administration, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation. Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and cost control measures. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively. Solid understanding of safety standards and regulations applicable to construction sites. Ability to read technical drawings accurately and interpret. Exceptional time management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Valid experience in managing construction projects from start to finish with a focus on quality delivery.
Successful Superintendents will:
Have excellent listening and communication skills. Be competent when using technology such as a smartphone and tablet. Have a pleasant voice and ability to clearly speak and be understood. Demonstrate multitasking skills by being able to present and explain results to customers and realtors. Remain calm and able to work under pressure when busy and help other team members. Self manage daily tasks and workload. Show a high level of personal organizational skills. Balance customer demands with Office Team requests.
