Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Supervisor to lead our construction teams in executing projects efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of construction management principles. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Duties Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage project schedules using Primavera software to ensure timely completion of tasks. Oversee the interpretation of schematics and blueprints to guide the construction process effectively. Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship. Collaborate with project managers to develop and manage budgets for various projects. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that materials and resources are available as needed. Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive work environment focused on safety and productivity. Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and promote a culture of safety among all team members. Experience Proven experience in construction management or a related field, with a strong background in supervising teams. Familiarity with pipeline construction processes is preferred. Proficiency in using Primavera for project management is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to build effective teams while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of quality control practices within the construction industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
