Job Description Manage all day-to-day field operations for healthcare and federal construction projects Lead projects from mobilization through turnover and warranty completion Develop and maintain short-term schedules and look-ahead plans Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, consultants, and client representatives Drive project performance related to safety, quality, schedule, and productivity Conduct subcontractor meetings and field coordination meetings Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure proper project execution Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning activities Partner closely with Project Managers to achieve project goals and financial targets Maintain site logistics plans and oversee material procurement coordination Ensure compliance with federal project requirements, contract documents, and owner standards Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety procedures Maintain daily reports, project documentation, and progress updates Successfully execute projects within occupied healthcare facilities and active environments when required Lead punch list completion, owner training, and final turnover activities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
