Georgia , Duluth Job Description A respected commercial builder is looking to hire in the Atlanta market and surrounding areas. The team has a strong backlog and needs added bandwidth on live work already underway. Spanish/English bilingual communication is required for this role because of day-to-day coordination across teams, vendors, field partners, and clients. Position Overview This team operates with structure. Communication between field and office is aligned, expectations are clear, and projects move the way they should. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants real ownership, active work, and long-term runway with a respected builder. What You Will Be Working On Ground-up and renovation commercial construction Office, retail, industrial, healthcare, education, and related commercial work depending on background Active builds already underway Projects typically in the $10M to $50M range What You Bring Experience taking projects from preconstruction through closeout Strong budget management, cost control, and forecasting Ability to keep subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams aligned to schedule Experience handling RFIs, submittals, change orders, billings, and project documentation Clear communication with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams Ability to step into active work and operate with accountability Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout Maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost tracking Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and billings Support procurement, schedule updates, forecasting, and overall project flow Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget Qualifications 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout Ground-up and/or renovation commercial experience preferred GC-side experience preferred Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and sequencing Project experience aligned with the company's project type, size, and scope Stable work history preferred Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is a plus, but equivalent experience will also be considered Only candidates with relevant construction experience aligned with the role's project type, scope, and responsibilities will be considered Spanish/English bilingual communication is required for this role Preferred Experience / Software Procore Bluebeam MS Project and/or Primavera P6 CMiC or Autodesk Build is a plus Location / Flexibility Local candidates are preferred Strong relocators with highly relevant experience will still be considered Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation aligned with experience, project scope, and current market conditions Complete benefits package Bonus opportunity Long-term growth potential Next Step Our client is ready to hire immediately.
