Job Description

We're hiring a detail-driven Project Coordinator to support PMs and APMs on high-end custom home projects. This Project Coordinator will help keep projects organized, on schedule, and running smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Support PMs/APMs on luxury residential projects Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and materials Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Track progress, budgets, and timelines using construction software Communicate with clients, designers, and trade partners Qualifications 3+ years of residential construction experience (luxury preferred) Experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role Strong with construction software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.) Highly organized with strong communication skills What We're Looking For Proactive, tech-savvy Project Coordinator Team player who supports PMs/APMs effectively Passion for high-quality custom home builds Great opportunity for a Project Coordinator looking to grow into an APM or PM role in luxury residential construction.
