Exmoor Service Solutions is a high-performance commercial construction and remediation company operating in demanding environments including Class A office buildings, national retailers, healthcare facilities, and large-scale commercial properties. We specialize in both construction and remediation, working in active, high-end environments where speed, precision, and professionalism matter. Our projects often involve water damage, environmental cleanup, structural repairs, and fast-track build-outs, and we regularly coordinate with facility teams, property managers, and insurance carriers.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee diverse projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating all phases of construction and remediation, managing teams, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. While not required to always be on side, this a hands-on, field-driven role that will require travel. You will be actively sourcing labor, managing job sites locally and afar, solving problems in real time, and driving projects forward in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate brings strong construction experience, technical knowledge, and a proactive, solutions-first mindset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction and remediation projects Hire Sub Contractors Manage projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and facility teams Develop and maintain project schedules Oversee active job sites, ensuring safety, quality, and professionalism in occupied environments Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings for accuracy and execution Manage procurement, estimating, and contract negotiations Coordinate water remediation and restoration scopes, working alongside mitigation teams Interface with insurance carriers and adjusters when applicable Track and manage RFIs, change orders, and daily reports Identify risks early and implement solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns Lead teams effectively while maintaining accountability and performance standards
REQUIREMENTS
Proven construction experience required (field or Project Manager level) Strong background in commercial construction and multi-trade coordination Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of construction site operations Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and leadership ability Self-starter with strong accountability and problem-solving skills Proficient with computers and project management software Willingness to travel as required Preferred Experience Experience in water remediation, restoration, or environmental services Familiarity with insurance claims, scopes, and adjuster coordination Experience working in Class A commercial, retail, or healthcare environments Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus What We're Looking For Someone who takes ownership and executes without excuses Thrives in a high-performance, fast-moving environment Can lead teams while staying hands-on in the field Brings energy, urgency, and professionalism to every project Understands how to balance speed, quality, and client expectations Compensation & Benefits Starting salary: $72,000/year (growth based on performance) Performance-based bonuses Paid vacation / PTO Paid holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance options Company-supported travel expenses Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company
