Job Description

Overview:
SITE SUPERVISOR
(CNRSE-2026-25934) Bowhead is seeking to network with a Site Supervisor for a potential contract at Naval Station Kings Bay, GA, to provide oversight and supervision of personnel providing operations, logistics and maintenance support to Commander Navy Region Southeast (CNRSE).
Responsibilities:
Essential functions will include: Effectively manage all contractual requirements/deliverables delineated in the Contract/Delivery Orders while being responsible for oversight, timely completion, quality and budget of all contractual deliverables. Ability to effectively communicate with Military and Civilian Government personnel regarding assigned operations and equipment status. Responsible for the day-to-day duties of BOMS personnel in support of all requirements/deliverables provided to CNRSE. Provide direction and supervision over work performed by subordinates, to include but not limited to, Coxswains, Deckhands, Outboard and Diesel engine Boat Technicians, and a Logistics Specialist. Develops, plans and establishes objectives and priorities; plans, presents, and justifies budgets; determines structure; allocates funds and personnel resources; and assigns responsibilities to subordinates ensuring performance is in accordance with all contractual requirements. Establishes policy, operating instructions/processes and guidance. Develops goals and objectives for subordinates. Responsible for continuous process improvement in all aspects of business processes, policies and procedures. Hears and resolves complaints from employees. Effects disciplinary measures, such as warnings, reprimands, suspensions, and recommends action. Approves/disapproves leave requests from subordinate employees. Conducts and document quality assurance checks of maintenance and repair processes performed at their installation and provide written reports. Other duties as assigned Bowhead seeks to network with qualified individuals relative to a potential opportunity, which is contingent upon award and not currently funded. Qualifications:
BA/BS Degree in Management, Marine Transportation or Engineering preferred with five (5) years' of relevant experience in waterfront operations management Must possess demonstrable leadership skills and a full understanding of training evolutions required to support all aspects of harbor operations, small boat and work boat operations, oil spill response, facility response plans, and oil spill booming strategies. Must have the ability to guide and direct small boat maintenance to include outboard engine, diesel engine and hull predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance requirements. Must have an in-depth understanding of United States Coast Guard licensing requirements, and the ability to schedule required manpower and equipment for ship movements and operations. Must be knowledgeable with American Boat and Yacht Council (ABYC) and American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) standards. Must be able to develop shipyard and ship repair work packages with specifications. Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location. #LI-BG1
