HVAC Project Superintendent Core Responsibilities Manage and oversee multiple HVAC from day-to-day field operations on large commercial HVAC projects ($1M+) including VRV installation projects and commissioning Supervise foremen and personnel for HVAC installation to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, codes, and safety standards Lead, assign, and coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, tools, and equipment Maintain project schedules, including 1-week and 2-week look-ahead planning Oversee jobsite safety; conduct audits and minimum weekly safety reviews Supervise and assist with system startup, controls, and light commercial service as required Coordinate with Project Managers, vendors, inspectors, and clients Proficient with MS Excel Perform material take-offs, requisitions, and inventory tracking Track labor hours, material costs, daily logs, RFIs, T&M tickets, and timecards Foster teamwork, accountability, and productivity across all jobsite personnel.
