Job Description

Project Administration B.S. degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. (Preferred) Minimum of one year's experience in the construction industry with a commercial or industrial general or trade contractor Must be familiar with Builder Trend and QuickBooks software Must be an expert in QuickBooks to include construction job costing Must have experience and be familiar with Construction management Must be able to develop or update QuickBooks reports for the following: Project Writedowns or changes in ECAC, Hard Bid/Term/Project or Contract specific financial reports; cash available (P&L by job), A/R Aging, P&L, balance sheet, over/under billing, and work in progress management reports Independently conduct all account reconciliations Must be extremely comfortable in social environments Must be a current commissioned Notary Public in the State of Georgia or be able to obtain a Notary Public commission within 30 days of employment. Strong oral and written communication skills Strong ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent customer service skills and customer relationship management experience. Driven!
