•Licensed Utility Manager for 648 Earthworks, a growing commercial excavation, grading, and underground utility contractor. This is a hands-on field leadership position serving as the company's full-time qualifying Working Superintendent
•Licensed Utility Manager . You will lead underground utility operations, crews, safety, and installation of storm, sanitary sewer, domestic water, and fire service systems. A current Georgia Utility Manager Certificate is
REQUIRED.
Responsibilities Serve as 648 Earthworks' qualifying Utility Manager Lead commercial underground utility installations Supervise storm, sewer, water, fire service, and 5+ ft trench work Read civil plans and verify line, grade, and invert elevations Coordinate inspections with municipalities and general contractors Supervise crews, equipment, production, and field safety Oversee excavation, shoring, trench boxes, and competent-person inspections Work directly with ownership on schedules, field operations, and utility takeoffs Qualifications Current Georgia Utility Manager Certificate

REQUIRED
Minimum 3 years of underground utility construction experience; 5+ preferred Commercial site development experience Experience with storm, sanitary sewer, water, and fire service systems Strong civil plan reading, utility layout, and grade-control skills Excavation and confined-space safety training Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR Must not currently qualify another utility contracting company Compensation & Benefits $95,000
