About Our Client Client is a top national construction general contractor with a construction focus in K12, Municipal, and Healthcare. Job Description Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects. Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure adherence to agreed-upon schedules and costs. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to maintain project alignment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for project execution. Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Problem-solving skills to address challenges during project execution. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
