What You'll Do Lead multiple complex construction projects from planning through completion. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and project partners. Drive scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and overall project execution. Lead and mentor field personnel while maintaining exceptional standards. Solve problems proactively and ensure every project reflects the company's reputation for excellence. Help build systems, improve operations, and support the organization's continued growth. Lead with an ownership mentality and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. What We're Looking For Extensive experience leading complex residential construction projects. Strong technical knowledge across all phases of construction. A hands-on leader who enjoys being in the field and leading by example. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust with sophisticated, detail-oriented clients.
