This role is responsible for assisting with estimating, scheduling, materials coordination, and field support while also contributing to business development efforts and building strong customer relationships to help grow service opportunities. Key Responsibilities Visit key job sites to build relationships with customers and identify future service opportunities. Support business development efforts, including identifying potential clients and helping generate new work. Measure service jobs and assist in preparing accurate estimates and proposals within 48 hours. Develop detailed scopes of work and maintain organized job documentation. Support the ordering of materials, create purchase orders, and coordinate delivery timelines. Support field technicians and ensure materials needed for daily jobs are ready each morning. Perform quality checks on completed work and coordinate fabrication needs when required. Assist with obtaining vendor quotes and confirm delivered materials match project requirements. Attend daily service and scheduling meetings. Qualifications Experience in construction, service management, estimating, project coordination, and business development preferred Strong organizational, communication, and scheduling skills Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with field teams, vendors, and customers Strong relationship-building skills and ability to support company growth through new opportunities
