Fire Alarm Technician

Fire Alarm Technician, Pooler, GA $28 to $38/hr based on experience and NICET level $28 to $38/hr. Take-home company truck once you're cleared. We pay for continuing education, including NICET, certifications, and exam fees, plus performance and certification bonuses. Pooler-based, commercial only. No residential. NextGen Technologies has been doing commercial fire protection and low-voltage in the Savannah market for 20+ years. We're adding an experienced Fire Alarm Technician to our service crew. If you can troubleshoot a panel, knock out an NFPA 72 inspection, and work independently, we want to talk. What you'll do Install, service, inspect, and program commercial fire alarm systems (Notifier, Silent Knight, Fire-Lite, etc.) Run service calls. Troubleshoot panels, devices, NACs, IDCs/SLCs Perform annual inspections and testing to NFPA 72 Read prints, pull permits, work clean, document the job Coordinate with the AHJ on acceptance tests What we need 5+ years of hands-on commercial fire alarm experience (3+ considered for the right candidate)

NICET II

preferred. Not required. We'll pay for you to get it.
