Th e Preconstruction Manag er serves as the key representative of Southeast Concrete Systems during the early stages of a project, managing the daily operations of the Preconstruction and Estimating Department. This role is critical in ensuring seamless collaboration with Operations to deliver accurate estimates and effective planning across multiple projects. The Preconstruction Manager leads estimating efforts, coordinates with subcontractors and vendors, and maintains clear, professional communication with clients. Success in this role requires strong leadership, keen attention to detail, and the ability to foster productive relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
