Georgia , Sandy Springs Job Description A respected commercial builder is looking to hire in the Atlanta market and surrounding areas. The team has a strong backlog and needs added bandwidth on live work already underway. Spanish/English bilingual communication is required for this role because of day-to-day coordination across teams, vendors, field partners, and clients. Position Overview This is a field leadership seat tied directly to active commercial work. The team needs someone who can step into moving projects, take control of jobsite execution, and keep schedule, safety, and quality aligned without constant oversight. What You Will Be Working On Ground-up and renovation commercial construction Office, retail, industrial, healthcare, education, and related commercial work depending on background Active job sites with subcontractor coordination already in motion Field leadership across scheduling, site control, inspections, and closeout execution What You Bring Strong daily field leadership and production mindset Ability to coordinate subcontractors, crews, inspections, and sequencing Strong understanding of plans, specifications, and field execution Ability to enforce safety and quality standards Experience resolving field issues before they affect cost or schedule Clear communication with Project Managers, owners, architects, and inspectors Responsibilities Lead jobsite operations and field execution Coordinate subcontractors, crews, inspections, and daily activities Maintain schedule, sequencing, and production flow Enforce safety and quality standards Track punch, closeout, and field documentation needs Help keep projects moving with urgency and accountability Qualifications 5+ years of Superintendent or field leadership experience in commercial construction GC-side experience preferred Ground-up and/or renovation commercial experience preferred Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, sequencing, and safety Stable work history preferred Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field is a plus, but equivalent experience will also be considered Only candidates with relevant construction experience aligned with the role's project type, scope, and responsibilities will be considered Spanish/English bilingual communication is required for this role Preferred Experience / Software Procore Bluebeam Autodesk Build or similar field management software is a plus OSHA 30 is a plus Location / Flexibility Local candidates are preferred Strong relocators with highly relevant experience will still be considered Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation aligned with experience, project scope, and current market conditions Complete benefits package Bonus opportunity Long-term growth potential Next Step Our client is ready to hire immediately.
