Job Description
Land Development Project Manager (PE) 📍 Full-Time We are seeking a Professional Engineer (PE) to join our Land Development team in a Project Manager role. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to lead projects, manage client relationships, and grow into long-term leadership or partnership within a collaborative consulting environment. Responsibilities
- Lead land development projects from concept through completion
- Manage budgets, schedules, and project resources
- Serve as primary client contact
- Coordinate with civil, surveying, planning, and environmental teams
- Prepare proposals, scopes, and project documentation
- Mentor junior staff and support QA/QC
- Support business development efforts Qualifications
- PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- 5-10+ years of land development/civil engineering experience
- Experience managing projects and client relationships
- Strong site design skills (grading, drainage, utilities)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
