$100,000 - $130,000 annually DOE + Benefits A Honolulu-based mechanical construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects across Oʻahu. This role will support the successful execution of mechanical construction work from preconstruction through closeout, including coordination, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and client communication. The ideal candidate has experience managing mechanical construction projects and is comfortable working closely with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage mechanical construction projects from kickoff through completion Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, manpower planning, and documentation Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and internal departments Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, invoices, and project reports Monitor project costs, timelines, and material tracking Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders Support project forecasting, planning, and closeout processes Identify and resolve project challenges proactively Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project requirements Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience within construction Mechanical construction, HVAC, plumbing, piping, or sheet metal experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgeting, and project coordination Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong communication and leadership skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office required Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software preferred Local Hawaiʻi construction experience is a plus Benefits Competitive compensation package Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays Long-term growth opportunity Stable local project pipeline Supportive and team-oriented environment
