Job Description

What we do: Premier Restoration Hawaii helps restore homes and business in the event of natural disasters or accidents that cause fire, water, wind or mold damage to a property. Our mission is to get our customer's lives back to normal as quickly as possible. We understand that these situations can be incredibly stressful for our clients so it's critical that our team is driven by putting customers first, effective communication, and teamwork. Primary purpose of the role:
The Reconstruction Project Manager is responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to obtain and successfully execute reconstruction projects. They are responsible for ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in reconstruction services.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Initiation Educate customers on reconstruction process Project Planning Identify and document project scope of work Review estimates Review budgets Project Execution Create project schedule and timeline Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers Negotiate terms and set expectations Plan, organize, and manage crews and subcontractors Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work Customer Satisfaction Be responsible for customer service and management of the customer experience Compile and resolve punch list items Perform final walk-through with customer
Minimum Experience Requirements:
3+ years experience in restoration and/or construction preferred Superb customer service track record Effective written and oral communication Education Intermediate math skills Valid Driver's License Computer literate to work with our job management software programs
Minimum Education Requirements:
High school diploma/GED College Degree (Preferred)
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

Starting at $65,000 annually, depending on experience All job offers are contingent on passing a drug screen and background check.
